The Harbeth User Group - Governance, Boundaries and Rules.
The providers ("Harbeth", we", "us", "our") of the service provided by this web site ("Service", "forum", "group") are not responsible for any user-generated content and Member accounts. Content submitted for publication express the views of their author only.
Governance: All content you submit, upload, or otherwise make available to the Service ("Content") will be individually examined by moderators. All Content and contributor identifiable metrics (including geolocation and IP addresses) as you submit or upload to this Service will be automatically sent to and scanned by third-party verification services (including, but not limited to, spam prevention services). Do not submit any Content that you consider to be private or confidential or which is hostile to other named audio brands to this site.
This Service exists to promote and enhance the Harbeth brand and primarily the products that it manufactures today and to create an environment of informed debate based of citizen-science objectivity. Submitted Content that is deemed incompatible with this may not be published, may be Moderated and edited before or after publication and subsequent review, and/or may be subsequently removed (deleted) without explanation or notice. Contributors should remember that this service is run by the Harbeth company (as a manufacturer's forum) and that implies that there are necessarily boundaries applied at our discretion concerning public content that can and will be permitted on this site.

We may remove or modify any user profile and submitted Content at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. We will not justify or discuss the editing or removal of any Content. Requests for Content to be removed or modified will be undertaken at our discretion.
